Frequently Asked Questions
what makes Cutter stabilizers different than any other stabilizer?
An obsession with perfection, the requirement to keep production stateside, the stringent process of ensuring every bar we build is up to the standard of accompanying you on a once in a lifetime hunt, combined with a 1/2” carbon fiber bar tipped with aircraft grade aluminum hard anodized end caps, and a proprietary internal vibration dampening material all factor in to create the ultimate micro diameter lightweight bowhunting stabilizer.
How does your VIBRATION dampening system work?
Housed within our micro diameter carbon bar is our vibration dampening material. When we build our bars, the material is inserted into the tube in a solid, yet ultra soft form. The material is so soft that over time, it actually breaks down from its original form and molds to the inside of the stabilizer. What you get is a material that not only disperses high and low frequency vibration extremely fast, but actually gets better over time!
Where are your stabilizers made?
We proudly manufacture, assemble, and source all of our materials, components, and hardware from right here in the United States. It isn’t the cheapest way to do things, but to us, it’s the only way.
What type of warranty do you offer?
Our stabilizers are covered by a lifetime warranty on workmanship and quality for the original owner. We understand that things get a little…western sometimes when you’re all in out there in the wild places and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
What are your typical lead and ship times?
Usually we can get your order shipped right away, but since we build our stabilizers by hand, one at a time, this isn’t always the case. The longest lead time we have seen has been 5-7 days. Orders are always shipped USPS Priority, so you can count on 1-3 business days and insured packages.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the stabilizer in new, resalable condition within 30 days of your purchase.
Do you offer pro staff or team opportunities?
We currently are at full capacity on team and pro staff, however we are always open to hearing your story. Check out our Partners page to submit your information.
What is the difference between The nrd target bars and the hunting bars?
Our NRD target bars utilize a stiffer carbon, that consequently is heavier than our hunting bar carbon. Traditionally, target archers require more weight to stabilize their bows, so we needed to increase the stiffness and knew that the extra weight wouldn’t matter in a target archery application.
